The catalogue is built on two lines. The North Side Series is four novels following one man from a corner to a federal indictment across four years in Milwaukee. Real Prison Stories is an eight-volume anthology of first-person accounts of what happens after the cell door closes — composites, drawn from years of visiting rooms and fifteen-minute phone calls.
